We offer month-to-month agreements from the first day of the month to the end of the month. We prorate the days upon sign up after the first day of the month. Come in to fill out a rental agreement in person and provide identification.

We ask for 10 days notice. Rent is prorated upon move in but not move out.

Household items, business records, anything not perishable or flammable. All of our units have a standard door on them. If it can fit through your front door, it can be stored here. 

Cleanliness – all Freeport West Self Storage facilities are indoors, which means they protect against pests like insects and rodents. Rodents and insects can cause a lot of damage to items and can greatly decrease value. Inside self storage facilities, being safe from the elements, also mean that your items are not at risk for water or heat damage.

Theft and Vandalism Protection – Freeport West Self Storage’s triple security includes video surveillance, authorized access, and electronic security; with Freeport West your items are safe, secure, and protected. For you safety and security, you place your own lock on a storage unit inside a locked secure building. 

Our office and storage units are available for access Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are closed Sundays.

We accept payments in person, over the phone, or via mail. We accept cash, check, money orders and all major credit cards. We have a mail payment slot for after hours but we do not recommend leaving cash. We also offer an autobill program you can sign up for that charges your credit card at the first of every month. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
